Fee Payments

Payments Schedule:

  • Application fee (online) $30 – due with application by January 30
  • Application fee (paper application) $45 – due with application by January 30
  • Booth Deposit* $150 – due February 30
  • Last day to cancel and receive 100% refund of Spring booth fees, March 8
  • Last day to cancel and receive 50% refund of Spring booth fees, April 8
  • Full Spring booth fees, including any additional Pavilion or Corner booth charges, due April 8
  • Last day to cancel and receive 100% refund for Fall booth fees, August 11
  • Last day to cancel and receive 50% refund for Fall booth fees, September 11
  • Full Fall booth fees, including any additional Pavilion or Corner booth charges, due September 11

*Deposits are credited towards the Exhibitor’s final show of the year.

Booth Fees:

  • 10×10′ booth $300
  • 15×10′ booth $450
  • 20×10′ booth $550
  • Pavilion Fee $50 – for Exhibitors requesting and assigned a space in the Pavilions
  • Corner Space fee $50 – for Exhibitors requesting and assigned a corner booth
  • Outdoor booths, $50 discount (do not include electricity)

We can accept checks and credit cards (via paypal) for deposits, booth fees, and other payments. Please note that except for initial application fees, we do not accept payments through Zapp.
